In the first issue of January 1903 the editorial plan: “Paris Qui Chante pubbliera chaque semaine: 1 – Three, four and five chansons, avec musique 2 - Les principals scènes des opérettes en vogue 3 - Les principals scènes des revues de concert 4 – Des mime scenes, monologues, comedic scenes, new Montmartroises, attractions of music halls, and even unpublished chansons and monologues from amateurs of talent”, all presented through “nombreuses illustrations prises sur le vif”.
