David Teniers the Young (1610-1690), follower of. Oil on oak board. Inside of an inn. David Teniers develops prematurely a serie of popular and grotesque subjects that achieved great success; this led a number of copysts to replicate his paintings during 1700 in order to meet the questions from royals and aristocrats. The anonymous author who made this table belongs to these copysts. On the table historical expertise was performed (available on request) during restoration, confirming the old dating and placing it throughout the year 1700. 18th Century.
