Description : Natura morta con fiori, faraona ed asparagi
Oil painting on canvas. On the back of the canvas there are some monograms: B.M. and A.C. The painting - for its stylistic affinities - recalls the works of the anonymous painter of still life known for the monogram A.V. (active in Emilia Romagna in the first half of the 18th century). His compositions were characterized by a recurrent vase of flowers depicted outdoor and mostly associated with fruit or domestic animals, sometimes exotic ones. The painting has small diffuse color losses. In antique frame. Early 18th century.
