Watercolor signed in the lower right corner. Painting by Carlo D'Aloisio, a famous self-educated painter from Vasto who moved to Rome where he came into contact with the world of magazine illustrations. He became very popular thanks to his exhibitions. In 1935 he was appointed director of Palazzo delle Esposizioni. He used to depict his land, people and peasants. The painting depicts a portion of the Abruzzi coast. Title and name of the artist on the back along with a label belonging to another work. In frame. First half of the 20th century.
