Oil on canvas. Portrait of a young family composed by father, mother and small child. The baby is in the centre of the painting, he almost resembles Baby Jesus for how he is posing and how he is dressed. He is holding his parent's hands, creating a chain of familiar intimacy. The painting belonged to a private collection of and important family in Milan. It has been restored and relined. It is presented in a gilded and decorated coeval frame.
