Grass juice with thread inserts and stitchings. Big scene taken by the Old Testament which depicts Moses at the well while he is giving water to the sheep of Jetro's daughters (there is the enscription: Moyses adaquat oves). It is a copy of the tapestry depicting the cycle of Moses in Sala del Tiepolo of Palazzo Clerici in Milan. These tapestries were made by hand, probably in the second half of the 17th Century in Brussels by Jan II Leyniers (they are signed I.L. b.b.), he was a very famous artist coming from a family of tapestry weavers and dyers.
