In the first opera detailed description of the devastating effects of that in the Preface it is defined as "the disease today and more frequent", which is divided in Morbi venerei in general, Morbi venerei of women, Morbi venerei interiors, which are followed by two paragraphs dedicated to the Condoms against the lues venerea (in which he comes to the conclusion that "there is no other condom from the Sore venereal that leave the Well-venereal"), and the Formulas of medicines laudati in this booklet.
