Description

Refined working table made in the East in mid-19th century for the western market. Supported by lyre legs with carved dragons. Ball tray drawer and "pagoda" moulded top. inside open compartments, lids decorated with ivory knobs and pierced ivory inkwell holders. Richly decorated and gilded with chinoiserie patterns.

Product Condition:
The item shows signs of wear due to age. Any damage or loss is displayed as completely as possible in the pictures. It may require restoration and recovery of french polish.
