Oil on canvas. The oval painting recalls the pictorical ways and the subject of the paintings of the neapolitan painter Gasparo Lopez Dei Fiori who made famous floral still lifes and who was active firstly in Naples and later also in Rome and Florence. He was know for his compositions often overloaded with flowers and mostly located outside with elaborate backgrounds, rich of naturalistic and architectual elements. Restored and displayed in frame.
