Oil on canvas cardboard. Title and signature ( with place of making) on the back. Erme Ripa, stage name of Ermenegildo Ripa, studied at Brera Academy and after moving to Monza where he lived and worked his all life he started a landscape prodution of Lombard, Ligurian, Tuscan and Emilian views. All his landscapes are characterized by a clean atmosphere and by a great perspective depth; soft and bright colors, essecial and well defined lines prevail. The glimpse in question recalls the hills of Brianza. Framed.
