The four prints are part of the collection "Singularity of Venice. Palaces of Venice", a monumental work created at the beginning of the 18th century which constitutes the largest and most memorable graphic document on Venice dedicated to her by Coronelli, who was a geographer, cartographer, cosmographer and Italian encyclopedist.
