Watercolor, charcoal and pencil on paper. Signed and dated lower right. Andrea Fleissner was a Lombard painter of the nineteenth century, born in Lovere (Bergamo) and died in Vigevano, who distinguished himself mainly for portraits, both oil paintings, and drawn on paper in pastel or in charcoal and white lead. In his production we find mainly portraits of characters of the petty-medium bourgeoisie. The portrait is presented in a coeval gilded frame, with small drops in the stucco.
