Umbertine Planter Walnut - Italy XIX Century

Lombardy, Second Quarter XIX Century

Charles X secrétaire of Lombard production, supported by moulded feet, on the front it has pairs of doors containing a chest of drawers, surmounted by a folding door with a 'Cremonese-style' lock and concealing an architectural scribbling box with small drawers, document compartments and various secrets. Moved side uprights support the slightly projecting under-shelf band, in which is another drawer. Mahogany veneer, the interior is walnut, the scarab is inlaid with walnut, mahogany, walnut root and maple; bardiglio grey marble shelf.

Flap supported by shelf feet, has three drawers plus three in the upper band, surmounted by a folding door concealing a cabinet with desk top, small drawers and document compartments. In walnut, the interior is in oak.

England, Late XIX Century

Briar lady's casket with brass inserts. Inside compartments with coeval glass flasks and compartments in velvet and purple silk. The opening front reveals two drawers. The lids of the bottles are missing.

19th Century / 1801 - 1900

Perforated silver cruet supported by ferine-shaped feet. At the top taken with a pair of swans. Platelets with oil and vinegar written in silver but posthumous. Contemporary glass elements. 620 grams.

United Kingdom Late 18th Century

George III serpentine sideboard in mahogany veneer, England late 18th century. Top with maple threads, front with 3 drawers in the band, pair of doors and inlays in mahogany and maple including a vase and fan motifs on the doors. Lack of drawer locks; door locks marked "Lever". Interior in oak. Bronzes replaced handles.

France, last quarter of the 19th century

Cabinet supported by tapered legs connected by a shelf in the lower part; on the front, to simulate three drawers, there is a door; marble top finished with a perforated brass railing. In mahogany, it is decorated with small frames and grissinature on the uprights finished in brass-plated sheets.

France, Late XIX Century

Pair of column bedside tables of French production, in Louis Philippe style. In mahogany, they have a door.

Italy, Mid XIX Century

Charles X Secrétaire supported by feet, of which the front ones are turned, has between drawers surmounted by a flap-opening door concealing an architectural scribbling box with small drawers and document compartments; a further drawer is placed in the under-shelf band with a characteristic groove. The interior is in walnut.
