Lacquered and painted corner display cabinet in the Late Baroque style. Central glass door surmounts a painted panel depicting a damsel in a rural landscape. Glass sides feature painted floral panels. Two glass shelves and one paneled shelf. Carved with scrolls, curls, flowers, and a gilded shell. Italy, 20th century.

Empire walnut chest of drawers. Four-drawer front, turned and ebonized column uprights with a chased and gilded bronze base and capital, as are the handles, escutcheons, and appliques. Plinth feet, missing parts. Italy, first quarter of the 19th century.

Piedmont, XVIII Century

Walnut chest of drawers with maple trim and alternating woods. Front with five drawers, the first two of which, placed side by side under the top, conceal secret drawers inside. Bracketed legs, poplar interior. Minor losses. Piedmont, third quarter of the 18th century.

Empire chest of drawers in mahogany crotch. A projecting drawer in the band below the top, three drawers below, turned column uprights with a base and capital in chased and gilded bronze, as are the handles. Flush escutcheons, plinth feet, and a replaced white marble top. Italy, early 19th century.

Eastern Europe, Early XIX Century

Sideboard of Eastern European production, supported by plinth feet supporting uprights in the shape of tapered pilasters to frame a pair of retractable doors, the internal chest of drawers is missing; in the undercounter band there is a central drawer flanked by two pairs of overlapping drawers. In walnut, it is decorated with threads and inlays in maple and various essences, marble top; pine interior.

Genoa, XIX Century

Charles X Genoese chest of drawers, veneered in mahogany and plum mahogany. Shaped top, four-drawer front entirely veneered in plum mahogany; three drawers enclosed within a beaded perimeter border. Half-column uprights partially crimped and carved with leaf motifs, walnut interior. Genoa, second quarter of the 19th century.

Veneto, Early XVIII Century

Baroque walnut chest of drawers. Three-drawer front panel veneered in walnut and olive burl, maple and mahogany trim, and high-relief geometric sections in walnut. Bracket legs, fir interior. Veneto, early 18th century.

Veneto, Late XIX Century

Small chest of drawers in Venetian Late Baroque style. Burgundy lacquer with gold-painted leafy and scroll decorations, and floral arrangements also painted across the entire surface. The front of the two drawers is curved, as are the apron and legs. Gilded moldings. Veneto, late 19th century.
