Directoire chest of drawers. Made of walnut. Three drawers in front, the first of which is lower, truncated pyramidal feet, and later knobs and escutcheons. Italy, early 19th century.

Trentino fir chest of drawers with four drawers fronted by painted floral motifs. Truncated pyramid legs. Fir interior.

Emilia Romagna, XVIII Century

Chest of drawers in walnut and burl walnut, with maple and bois de violette trim. Two-drawer front, curved aprons and feet, poplar interior. Replaced top. Emilia, third quarter of the 18th century.

Empire walnut chest of drawers. Four-drawer front, turned and ebonized column uprights with a chased and gilded bronze base and capital, as are the handles, escutcheons, and appliques. Plinth feet, missing parts. Italy, first quarter of the 19th century.

Piedmont, XVIII Century

Walnut chest of drawers with maple trim and alternating woods. Front with five drawers, the first two of which, placed side by side under the top, conceal secret drawers inside. Bracketed legs, poplar interior. Minor losses. Piedmont, third quarter of the 18th century.

Mahogany chest of drawers. The front features six drawers, the first, lowest, in the lower section. Cherry and poplar interiors, wooden doorknobs and metal knobs, turned legs, and a gray marble top. Italy, late 19th century.

A projecting drawer in the band below the top, three drawers below, turned column uprights with a base and capital in chased and gilded bronze, as are the handles. Flush escutcheons, plinth feet, and a replaced white marble top. Italy, early 19th century.

Lombardy, Mid XVIII Century

Walnut chest of drawers, front with four drawers with baroque maple inlays and fillets, sides with low-relief carvings and ebonized moldings, shaped apron resting on the floor. Replaced hardware and locks. Lombardy, mid-18th century.

France, Mid XIX Century

Charles X mahogany chest of drawers. Black marble top, seven drawers in front, the first of which is in the molded band beneath the top, the third and fourth drawers acting as drop-leaf doors, concealing a green cloth storage compartment on the inside surface. The chest consists of five drawers and an open compartment in maple. Uprights with twisted half-columns, turned feet, oak interiors, and brass flush fittings. France, mid-19th century.

Italy, XX Century

Small lacquered and painted wooden chest of drawers. Curved front and sides, two drawers, scroll-carved aprons underneath, curved legs culminating in curls. Finely gilded burin and engraving work, central details with painted floral elements, and others ebonized. Italy, 20th century.

Eastern Europe, Early XIX Century

Sideboard of Eastern European production, supported by plinth feet supporting uprights in the shape of tapered pilasters to frame a pair of retractable doors, the internal chest of drawers is missing; in the undercounter band there is a central drawer flanked by two pairs of overlapping drawers. In walnut, it is decorated with threads and inlays in maple and various essences, marble top; pine interior.
