English writing desk from the early 1900s

Classic-style wall-mounted writing desk, made in England in the early 1900s, featuring mahogany veneer with refined ebony and maple details. The top is accented with a burgundy Moroccan insert, lending elegance and practicality. Functional and well-proportioned, it features a drawer under the top, along with two small side drawers, ideal for storing small items. Il pannello riprende i motivi decorativi in voga alla fine del '700: in monocromia su sfondo chiaro sono dipinti un vaso ad anfora in basso, da cui si dipartono rami e foglie, e più in alto un medaglione con un volto femminile. Il pannello proviene dalla collezione aziendale Campari. Presenta diverse macchie di umidità e sporco. È presentato in cornice in stile, con diversi piccole cadute di colore.
