Neoclassical lacquered sideboard

Double-top cupboard from the late 18th century, Lombardy. Made of fir and lacquered in beige and grey with a black top. Two doors in the base and three in the upper part with diamond-shaped carved panels, bayonet hinges, antique hardware.

Antique Ethnic Table

Table made by the artist Rino Galbiati, in carved wood of ethnic taste, two pillars enclosed in two carved mermaids connected by a crosspiece support the table top, decorated with different Greek frets and on the top, the leg panels are carved with motifs related to the fountain of life with peacocks and flowers. the bas-relief carving is painted in green.

Walnut slatted table, France, early 19th century. Pair of drawers placed in the band on the short sides, legs connected by crosspieces. Pine interior.

Lombardy Early 18th Century

Baroque console table in basswood, Lombardy Early 18th century. Marbled molded top, shaped under-top band and uprights, connecting crosspieces. The richly carved console table has reserves, phytomorphic and floral decorations, leafy and “C”-shaped volutes, curls and frets; in the upper part of the uprights mirrored leafy volutes support lambrequins. In the center of the underside band we find a basket containing flowers and plant branches, while just below, in the center of the transom, is a basket containing a fruit and leaves, set within an architecture of volutes with crowned cyma. Replaced top, restorations. This console table is a fine example testifying to the influence of French taste on Lombard Baroque.
