Description

Numerous black and white photographs in the text and outside the text. Fellini invited William Klein to Rome to work as an assistant on the film The Nights of Cabiria. Filming was delayed for a few weeks, so Klein took the opportunity to photograph the city; together with some photographs for Vogue magazine the result of the work done is Rome. The book is divided into five chapters: Citizens of Rome, The Road, Eternal City, Boys, Catholic World. Each chapter is introduced by a short text in Italian. Text in French. Texte en Français.
