Italy Second Quarter of the 20th Century

Deco chest of drawers in walnut and walnut burl, sides and front with two curved doors, inside three drawers veneered in mahogany with maple fillets and hidden handles, turned and carved uprights culminating with a floral composition as in the uprights of the shelf supporting the central mirror. Turned and carved feet, truncated cone. Italy, second quarter of the 20th century.

Italy Early 20th Century

Larch sideboard, base with three sliding paneled doors and upper part with three sliding glass doors. Embellishment with moldings in worked and gilded sheet metal over the entire surface. Italy, early 20th century.

Italy Late 19th – Early 20th Century

A centerpiece in patinated bronze metal. The plate, supported by a square base, features a decoration of mythological figures within reserves and is held at the sides by two handles shaped like winged dragons.

Walnut and mahogany trumeau, richly carved with leaf motifs and scrolls on the base band and the curled feet, on the uprights and on the top of the headboard, central mask in the drawer located under the flap. Base composed of a pair of drawers inlaid with floral motifs in various woods, flap concealing a central door and two groups of three drawers on the sides, upper part with paneled door inlaid with various woods, with a rural and bacchanalian theme, signed C. FERRANDI MCMLV. Italy, mid-20th century.

China, XX Century

Chinoiserie cupboard, lacquered and painted, with a gold leaf background. Front with a pair of bipartite doors and drawers underneath, bas-relief carvings across the entire surface with plant motifs, sheet brass feet. The locking pin is missing. China, 20th century.

Polychrome majolica bowl in shades of blue and ochre, decorated in neo-Renaissance style with a grotesque motif and mythological figures. Paolo Zoli factory, founded in the late 19th century and closed in 1930. Underglaze blue mark dating to the 1920s.
