Elegant sideboard with swing doors, with special high-quality finishes in teak veneered wood. Completely restored.

Oil on canvas. The scene depicts the Holy Family accompanied by St. John the Baptist and another saint kneeling before the Baby Jesus, who is conversing with them while sitting on his mother's lap; Mary, on the other hand, is turned backwards, observing the carpentry work that her husband Joseph is doing, intent on chiseling. The adult saint who stands next to St. John the Baptist, and who occupies the left half of the scene, to underline his importance for the client, has no particular iconographic signs, even if his physiognomy could refer to St. Peter. The scene is set outside a marble palace, in an Italian landscape. Restored and relined, the painting is presented in a late 19th century frame.

Carved and painted wooden torch holder depicting a sculpture of a Moor resting on a tripod with curls and volutes, holding a wavy and gouged torch culminating in nine arms arranged on a double stage, in iron and wood paste carved with leaf motifs and painted. Italy, 20th century.

Austria, Late XIX Century

Group of bent beech chairs made in the second half of the 19th century by the J & J Kohn company. This is the company founded in 1849 by the two brothers Jacob and Josef Kohn who began to make bent beech chairs and export them all over the world, quickly becoming the major competitors of Thonet production. The company merged with Mundus in 1914 and then with Thonet in 1921. Made of bent beech with an open back with typical curves, the seats are cane-covered.

Carved and gilded frame 20th century. A baroque motif of leaves, shells and curls forms the main body of this frame, with a carved internal moulding with classic grooves.

Long evening dress in cotton, printed with multicolored birds on a blue background. The skirt is richly worked with sequins. The line is very original, with a tight bodice, back zipper, flared skirt and pockets. The conditions are very good: it may have never been worn, the interior is lined. The measurements are: waist 75 cm, chest 85.
