Description

Large Florentine chandelier with 16 lights distributed in a double order, dating back to the early 19th century. Centrally supported by an iron rod covered with transparent blown glass in different processes and interspersed with wooden elements carved with leaf and gilded motifs, two of which act as housing for the glass arms. Decorated with drop-shaped and prism-shaped hanging crystals, the latter arranged in a cascade, while a larger cut glass pendant serves as the terminal of the lower section. Blown glass leaves alternate with the arms, completing the ornamental display. Replacements and small chips. Electrified later, it was originally created with candle lights.
