Oil on canvas. It is signed "Sposito" in the bottom right corner. Several landscapes of the Lombard geographical area are attributed to this painter. The similarities include the setting in the foothills of the Alps, rich in vegetation, pastures, (there is a flock of sheep) and the small lakes. On the background the Alps are clearly visible. The painting is presented in coeval frame.
