Oil on canvas. Signed in the lower right. The brescian painter Enrico Ragni, he got his artistic training at the Art Institute of Venice, where he obtained also the Magisterium that gave him access to the teaching, he returned to Brescia, where he established his studio, and by the end of world war II shook relations of friendship with Renato Birolli, Bruno Cassinari, Lucio Fontana, Giuseppe Migneco, Ennio Morlotti, Giuseppe Santomaso, Sassu, Atanasio Soldati, and Emilio Vedova. Among its themes, is that of the sea, in particular the size of the underwater, the internal life of the waters, and rendered with a zeal beyond that of even of of the senses, of mind and of language.
