Description : Mappa dei movimenti della Terra e delle altre sfere celesti

Acquaforte. IL titolo in latino, nei due inserti in alto, cita: "Haemisphaeria sphaerarum rectae et obliquae utriusque motus et longitudines tam coelestes quam terrestres ac stellarurm affectiones mons(t)rantia" ovvero: "Emisfero mostrante i moti e le longitudini delle sfere rette e oblique sia celesti che terrestri e le influenze delle stelle ". L'incisione è tratta dall' Atlante celeste intitolato "Harmonia macrocosmica", realizzato dal celebre cartografo e cosmografo olandese Andrea Cellarius (1596-1665 ca.) e pubblicato per la prima volta da Jan Janssonius intorno al 1660. L'incisione proposta è tratta da una riedizione successiva del XVIII secolo; in basso a sinistra compare la dicitura "12 ediz. P.V.". In buone condizioni, l'opera è presentata in cornice.
