Leonardo Spreafico, from Monza, was part of the artistic group "Garibaldi 89", formed in 1930, an association of artists from Milan and the neighboring provinces, who, looking to the European avant-gardes, contributed to the renewal of Italian art. Painter of landscapes but also of figure, Spreafico thanks to his lively sense of color, proposes in his works a dreamy allegory of everyday life, which becomes sunny thanks to the use of unusual shades and colors, but always harmonious with each other. The work is presented in a frame.

Leonardo Spreafico, born in Monza, was part of the artistic group "Garibaldi 89", formed in 1930, an association of artists from Milan and neighboring provinces, who, looking to the European avant-gardes, contributed to the renewal of Italian art. While participating in this movement, Spreafico meanwhile completed his artistic training at the Brera Academy and launched his artistic career, which led him to exhibit at the most important Italian art exhibitions. His artistic career was full of awards and exhibitions.
