Acrylic on wood and collage of various materials. On the back, under the protective cardboard, there is an artist's label with the signature and the title of the work. Clara Bartolini, a multifaceted artist (she has tried her hand at painting, photography, collage, sculpture, assembly, always looking for new materials and new creative paths, but also with poetry, scenography, she is a stylist) said of this series of her works called Trame: "I have always worked with thread, a very representative symbolic element, it assures me of the return, it shows me the paths already taken, it keeps alive the thought on what is important in my life. Ariadne's thread, the fil rouge, the thread of the speech and, why not, mending the tear, putting a patch on it and much more. Thread (I have also been a stylist) has always had a great importance in my life. It often appears in my works, in cotton, copper, brass, iron, nylon. In order not to lose the thread...". The work is presented in a frame.

Born in Venice, Clara Bartolini draws an important cultural background from her family. After moving to Milan, she travels and studies psychology and scenography. She begins working as an interpreter (French, English, Spanish), raising funds to open a clothing workshop and sells leather clothes and swimsuits to the most important shops in Milan and to Italian and foreign department stores. She later dedicates herself to art and designs a collection of Sculpture Shoes that is immediately published in Vogue like several of her other creations, see “artist's scarecrow”. She creates multi-material works, always attentive to contemporary society of which she points out the distortions and limits, investigating the lack of space for the soul. Bartolini tries her hand at painting, photography, collage, sculpture, assembly, always looking for new materials and new creative paths. From salt to ash, from moss to talcum powder, from copper to brass and thread, lots of thread, everything can create new emotions. She has participated in solo and group exhibitions with works or performances in Shanghai, Barcelona, Monte Carlo, Milan, Reggio Emilia, Macerata, Fermo, Lodi, Magenta, Positano etc. Several of her works are exhibited in museums or foundations in various parts of Italy. She has collaborated as an editor with Marie Claire, Panorama, King, Brava casa, Mille idee and many industry magazines. She has interviewed people such as the dictator Karadzic, Spike Lee, Paola Borboni, Lama Gangchen, Councilor Filippo Del Corno, poets Giampiero Neri and Giancarlo Majorino famous doctors and researchers etc. She collaborates with Ok Arte and Ekecheiria of Libreria Bocca to write about Art. She has staged two of her plays, has written some books of poetry; as a set designer she has collaborated with many international brands such as Ferragamo, Samsonite, Regione Piemonte, Mercedes, Fiat, Kodak, Upim, Listone Giordano, Yamamay, and many others, creating photo sets in Italy and abroad.
