Walnut drop-leaf chest. Three-drawer front, the first of which is in the band under the top. Drop-leaf door conceals an internal cabinet with six drawers and open compartments. Bois de rose trim along the entire surface. Some losses. Genoa, mid-18th century.

Walnut and burl walnut bedside table. Slightly curved front with four drawers and maple and bois de rose trim, which continues on the sides and top. Bronze escutcheons and handles, bracket feet. Lombardy, late 18th century.

Sideboard veneered in maple, walnut, and mahogany. Curved front doors with a central inlay of various woods depicting musical instruments, notched sides with three open shelves, and turned feet. Engraved and gilded bronze moldings and appliqués throughout. England, 19th century.

English satinwood bookcase. The upper part features a pair of shaped glass doors and three adjustable internal shelves. A pair of doors surmounted by a central drawer with a flap and a pull-out drawer. Concealed within is a writing desk with a green leather insert on the top and a cabinet with seven drawers and three open compartments. Bracket feet, chiseled sheet metal handles, and flush escutcheons. England, late 19th century.

Austro-Hungarian Empire, XIX Century

Biedermeier mahogany and burl desk. Three-drawer display case with carved balustrade, four drawers in front, the first of which has a pull and flap, concealing an internal writing desk with a leather insert in the top, a four-drawer cabinet, one with a spring-loaded opening, and an open central compartment. Austro-Hungarian Empire, mid-19th century.

Emilia Romagna, Late XVIII Century

Neoclassical walnut chest of drawers, richly inlaid with boxwood, rosewood and olive wood frames, and maple trim. The top features a central quiver and foliate motifs filling the two lateral compartments. The front has three drawers, the first of which is divided into two parts, while the second and third are inlaid with a central vase supported by a pair of lions and foliate and floral inlays, also repeated on the sides. Truncated pyramidal feet, poplar interior and back, replaced escutcheons and handles. Emilia, last quarter of the 18th century.

Three drawers on the front, the first of which is lower, a drop-leaf upper door concealing a three-drawer internal cabinet, and three open compartments with a central upper drawer. Uprights with turned half-columns and vase-shaped feet. Italy, late 19th century.

Italy Mid XIX Century

A rounded sideboard for under-window storage. Made of walnut in the mid-19th century with a poplar back, it features two simple framed doors.

French Commode

Louis XVI-style cupboard from the early 20th century. Four truncated pyramid legs support a curved front with a single door on olive hinges, and a rare purple breccia top. The cabinet is veneered in mahogany with marquetry inserts made from small, opposing squares of blond mahogany. The entire surface is enriched with finely chased and gilded bronzes. The legs feature small floral festoons, uprights with gilded bronze asparagus inserted into the tapers, cornices in the inserts, and leafy scrolls in the band below the top are also gilded bronze. At the center, a lion's head between two oak and ivy branches holds a drape in its mouth, from which hangs a myrtle branch that decorates the central medallion depicting a bacchanal with fauns.

Italy, XIX Century

Semicircular walnut etagere, composed of four elements stacked in staggered order, supported by turned columns. The two central elements have semicircular balustrades, while the upper shelf has a triangular balustrade. Turned legs. Italy, 19th century.

Baroque walnut bedside table. Four drawers front, the first of which is under the top, pair of twisted columns resting on bracket feet. Poplar interior.

Northern Europe, Late XVIII Century

A late 18th-century Northern European chest of drawers, made of pine. The front features three drawers, the first under the top and two adjacent drawers with hidden chains. The decoration features different woods separated by fillets and borders. The typical color palette is very light, featuring ash, maple, and cherry.

Tuscany, Late XVIII Century

A three-drawer chest of drawers from the late 18th century in Tuscany. Made of poplar and veneered in walnut with amaranth trim, the drawers are divided by poplar partitions. The uprights end with characteristic snake-shaped feet.
