Lombardy, Early XIX Century

Louis Philippe walnut table. Round white marble top, four opposing drawers in the lower band, turned central leg, and tripartite uprights featuring a double facing bracket, resting on a molded base with underlying casters. Cherry interior, missing parts. Lombardy, first half of the 19th century.

Italy Mid-19th Century

Eclectic lacquered and gilded table. Marble top veneered in inlaid verde antico, supported by turned, gouged, and carved legs with gilded leaves and scrolls. The lower section features a pair of drawers with fronts carved with floral and leaf motifs in a scroll-like pattern, gilded on a lacquered background; the same carvings are repeated on the sides. Fir interior. Italy, mid-19th century.

Walnut work table. Drop-top top concealing open compartments, under-top drawer with internal compartments, four turned legs resting on curved feet joined by a turned crosspiece. Cherry interior. Italy, late 19th century.

Walnut coffee table. Round top inlaid with geometric figures and fillets in various woods, turned central leg resting on three curved feet culminating in curls. Rolo, 19th century.

Italy, Early XX Century

Neoclassical-style walnut console table. Top with maple frame, maple and bois de violette trim, central medallion, and inlaid corner fans. The under-top band features successive maple inlaid festoons and a central medallion with a Roman soldier and laurels. Four tapered legs with gouges, leaf carvings, and gilded feet. Italy, early 20th century.

France, Late XIX Century

Empire mahogany coffee table. Marble top supported by three turned legs with chiseled and gilded bronze bases and capitals, molded base, and spherical feet. France, late 19th century.

England, XIX Century

Mahogany table. Leaf and Greek key carvings on the top, supported by two pairs of turned and carved legs resting on curved feet joined by a turned crosspiece. The hinges are supported by two additional legs that open. Casters on the feet. England, 19th century.

France, XIX Century

Mahogany work table. Slatted top veneered in mahogany crotch, pair of drawers under the top, plus a pull-out compartment underneath on one side, and a drop-down door on the opposite side. Turned, octagonal legs, oak interior. France, 19th century.

Oak table. Quadruple top with poplar inserts and a pair of extension leaves, also with poplar inserts. Drawer in the lower section, turned legs. Eastern Europe, 19th century.

Baroque-style lacquered and gilded coffee table. Glass top with fabric underneath, supported by a pair of carved vases on plinth bases, joined by a crosspiece also carved with scrolls and curls. Italy, late 19th century.

England, XX Century

Mahogany desk with ebony and maple trim. Top with slats supported by side fins, a pair of drawers and opposing false drawers in the lower section, lyre-shaped legs joined by a crosspiece and resting on curved feet culminating in bronze cups shaped like feline paws. Minor losses. England, 20th century.

England, Late XIX Century

Mahogany side table. Top with floral and leaf inlay in maple and stained maple, with scrollwork that extends into the four truncated pyramid legs. Drawer in the band below the top, feet with brass cups and casters. Oak interior. England, late 19th century.
