Walnut Chairs 19th Century

Group of four Louis Philippe walnut chairs, with cane seat and open backrest, sabre legs.

Animalier

Ponyskin clutch bag with animal print. Flap closure embellished with gold metal details, with snap button and zipper. Inside there are two compartments and an additional zippered pocket. We note small imperfections in the leather on the back of the bag, due to time.

Towel with central insert with monogrammed carving and final tassels. In some places there are signs of age. White colour. Linen composition. Dimensions: 110 cm x 72 cm.

Pair of Thonet chairs in bent and stained beech, ring frame, padded seat and backrest covered in white fabric, factory stamp punched into the inner band of the seat. Model no. 6 designed by August Thonet. Vienna, late 19th century.

Group of frames from the late 19th century

Group of 6 eclectic style frames, made of poplar with applied pastiglia carvings, painted in red with gilded carvings. Late 19th century.

Size 38

Elegant sleeveless top in pure silk, with a ribbon sewn around the neck, to make a bow or tie it. At the waist, a beautiful band embroidered with beads. Zip on the side.

Pedestal

Vase stand, made by the artist Rino Galbiati. From a base, four columns develop that support the top, the furniture is decorated with Greek motifs. The carving is reinforced by a green decoration, top marked by use.

Pair of Art Nouveau nightstands, made of cherry veneered in machete mahogany with maple profiles and carvings; tops in black portoro marble. Backsplashes with shelves and refined floral carvings.

Study for Vegetation

Pencil on paper. Signed lower right. Michetti, originally from Abruzzo, studied painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Naples, where he developed his realistic and naturalistic style. But rural Abruzzo, with its still uncontaminated nature, was always his main source of inspiration. Here is a small study of country vegetation. Framed.
