La grandezza degli occhi di Topolino rispetto al corpo e la forma del becco di Paperino non sono senza rapporto con l'ideologia rassicurante e infantilizzante, tipicamente medio-borghese che, sorta negli anni trenta, continua a ispirare quella straordinaria impresa di clonazione del mondo rappresentata da Disney World. Così l'atmosfera che McDonald's è riuscita a creare intorno a un hamburger sarebbe incomprensibile senza la colonizzazione mondiale dell'immaginario di grandi e piccoli. Rassicurante, conviviale o competitiva l'ideologia è comunque essenziale nell'attività delle grandi marche che stanno cambiando la società.

Dopo "Io so e ho le prove", Vincenzo Imperatore allestisce un vero processo al sistema bancario, a partire da documenti interni, estratti di conto corrente, confessioni circostanziate di "gole profonde" tuttora in attività. Ci sono preti di provincia che guadagnano 900 euro al mese ma effettuano movimenti per centinaia di migliaia di euro; giornalisti e altre categorie protette che ricevono un trattamento "speciale" direttamente dalla direzione centrale; commercianti cinesi che versano soldi in contanti e potenzialmente illegali senza alcuna segnalazione; nuovi manager addestrati a piazzare non più mutui o prestiti ma televisori, tablet, frigoriferi, palestre, vacanze in centri termali, perfino un giro all'autodromo di Monza, con fatturati da capogiro... È incredibile scoprire come si sta riorganizzando il sistema bancario, mentre arrivano miliardi da Bruxelles. Ben poco viene impiegato per sostenere commercianti in difficoltà, piccoli imprenditori, giovani famiglie, pensionati da 500 euro al mese. Si tratta di categorie tuttora vessate. Eppure i soldi ci sono. Certo, come dice Gianluigi Paragone nella prefazione, "le banche non fanno beneficenza". Ma è inaccettabile "che in mezzo a una burrasca sempre più potente i loro bilanci siano messi in salvo dalla politica o da doping contabili a scapito di clienti in buona fede". Una via d'uscita esiste ma non passa dal sistema bancario. Imperatore fornisce tutti i consigli utili per gestire la propria attività senza bisogno delle banche.

In cherry, they have five uprights, with outwardly curved armrests, a boat-shaped backrest with a small central armrest; on the backrest there are turned pinnacles and as ornaments, carved and lacquered faux bronze applications, rosettes, one of which is missing, and an athlete's head taken from the antique.

Cabinet with flap openings and drawer. Exotic wood veneer. A very special piece of furniture with lines and materials typical of the 1960s, suitable for living rooms with an original style and a taste of yesteryear.

Elegant table, stained beech wood base, and mahogany veneered wood top. Very good condition, completely restored.

Tower clock from the late 19th century, called "morbier". It is made of fir painted in fake wood with floral designs, with the typical mandolin shape, the clock has the typical dial surmounted by a decorative motif made of embossed and gilded sheet metal, in this case, depicting a hunter with a dog. The face is enameled with the hours in Roman numerals, contemporary pendulum and weights.
