Description

A mantel triptych, black marble and gilded bronze. The clock has ferine feet with a cup at the top. The glazed metal second dial with Roman numbers is enclosed in a gilded bronze garland covered with a glass lid. The candlesticks have five lights each with volutes with leaves. Branded mechanism Japy Freres & C. Med. D'Honneur. Manufactured in France, second half of the 19th century.
