Description
A table clock made of gilded bronze. On the base, a rocaille on which a pair of cupids is leaning and holding a large garland. On the top, a cupid supported by a opposing 'C' structure, in which the metal second dial with Roman hours and Arabian minutes is enclosed. Steeled metal hands, finely perforated. The mechanism is branded: S. Marti Et C. Medaille de Bronze Popon a Paris. Manufactured in France, third quarter of the 19th century (Napoleon III).
Product Condition:
Good condition. Wear consistent with age and use. Any damage or loss is displayed as completely as possible in the pictures. The mechanism has been revised on January 2018.
