Description
A rare first edition of this collection of thoughts on architecture by the great Gio Ponti. On the back of the page, with the dedication "To Giulia," Ponti advises the reader on how to approach the book: "A book is made as it is painted, it is read from the opening of the page." And at the opening of the page, one can find: "Architecture is a crystal. We must, on the outside, respect the purity of the construction to the utmost. It is a sacrifice that is an achievement." With freehand drawings on a light blue background.
