Large free-standing mirror made in the last quarter of the 19th century still with a marked eclectic taste. The structure of the strongly architectural frame features a double arch on the top on which rests a large hexagonal reserve with a blue painted background with carved and gilded putti inserted. On the two culminating parts of the mirrors are inserted facing carved and always gilded dragons. On the sides of the mirror are applied carved dragons with Gothic turrets. Then two coats of arms are applied, one of which is recognizable as the Visconti coat of arms. Veneered in mahogany with painted and gilded parts. Repetitions in the gilding.

Lombardy, Late XIX Century

Gilded wooden mirror, shaped frame embellished with the application of carvings on the edges, mostly missing. Beveled mirror. Lombardy, late 19th century.

Neoclassical mirror in carved and gilded lime wood, richly adorned with a cymatium and feet with leaf carvings. Reduction of the cymatium, parts of the carving removed and the vase lowered, missing material fallen. Mercury mirror. Italy, last quarter of the 18th century.

France, Mid XIX Century

Eclectic mirror in gilded wood with pastille carvings, France, mid-19th century. Shaped frame adorned with pastille carvings depicting frets, leaf and floral elements, curls and trophy composed of bow, quiver and torch. Mercury mirror. Lacks in the carving and gilding.

Tuscany, Late XIX Century

Louis Philippe cheval mirror, resting on two bases equipped with a drawer and connected by a pair of turned crosspieces; the uprights are carved in the shape of dolphins, to support the frame, decorated with a cymatium carved with leaf scrolls: the central psyche mirror has both a tilting movement and a rotation movement, thanks to a vertical pin. In mahogany, the interiors are in poplar.

Wall mirror in mirrored glass and anodized aluminum frame. It has a small chip on the glass.

Veneto, Late XVIII Century

Neoclassical mirror with imitation wood lacquered wooden frame and gilded wood carvings, Veneto, late 18th century. Shaped frame with Greek borders, embellished with a cymatium with leaf and floral carvings that fall along the sides, a pair of vases and an oval mirror with a monogram placed within a pair of columns. Ornamental carvings also on the lower side. Regilded in ancient times.

Lacquered Restoration mantelpiece, central mirror bordered by a pastiglia moulding and framed between turned and carved half columns. Gilded capitals, mouldings and carvings. Lombardy, Second quarter of the 19th century.

Italy, Last Quarter XVIII Century

Neoclassical mirror in carved and partially lacquered and gilded wood, Lombardy last quarter of the 18th century. Medallion frieze with love knot placed on the top, made with a ribbon and held by a float, and richly carved floral festoons; gilt moldings, mercury mirror. Decorated in the upper part with a cancurrent motif enriched with golden leaf elements, attributable to the iconographic repertoire of Giocondo Albertolli (Bedano 1742–Milan 1839), Swiss-Italian architect, decorator and teacher.

Lombardy Late 17th - Early 18th Century

Baroque mirror, the frame is carved with powerful leafy volutes, it is entirely gilded; with lacks and restorations.

Eclectic mirror made of carved and gilded wood, worked with leaf motifs, acanthus leaves, rocaille elements and drooping festoons on the sides. Italy second half 19th century.
