Group of six Empire chairs in walnut, upholstered seat and back, wavy legs with feet carved with leaf motifs. Restoration. Italy, early 19th century.

Italy Early 20th Century

Pair of benches made of chestnut wood in the early decades of the 20th century, trestle structure held with wooden nails. The benches have been restored with a conservative choice, leaving the black traces of tannin that emerged in spots where liquid was probably poured and finished with natural varnishes.

England, Late XIX - Early XX Century

Neo-Renaissance armchair in walnut-stained oak, back carved with phytomorphic motifs culminating in an upper mask, twisted uprights and crosspieces. Padded seat, back and armrests, feet with castors. England, late 19th, early 21st century.

Naples, Italy

Three-seater sofa, Naples, mid-19th century; enveloping at the sides, the sofa has a three-support backrest movement with the central one lower, a high band under the seat, typical curled armrests and plinth feet. The surface is veneered in mahogany feather with calligraphic inlays in boxwood. Naples, circle of Girolamo Schmidt.

Pair of neoclassical chairs in carved walnut, last quarter of the 18th century. Four turned legs joined by a crosspiece support a walnut seat and an open backrest with a carved diamond motif, the seats are decorated with carvings on the friezes and frets of the backrest and the band under the seat.

Antique Lacquered Armchairs

Pair of Rococo style armchairs from the early 19th century; curved and carved in the Louis XV style and lacquered in shades of grey, they are upholstered in elegant petit point fabric with floral motifs.
