Terms and conditions of purchase request

The conditions of this regulation are preliminary to the use of the service "Purchase Request" on the site www.dimanoinmano.it.

Covered by the contract of purchase request
The contract "Purchase Request", accepted on the website www.dimanoinmano.it, is concluded between hands Soc Coop, with registered office in Milano (MI) Viale Espinasse 99, p. Iva 12896370157, and a consumer, through a telematic sales system.
Below are the procedures and conditions laid down by the manufacturer, which will remain effective until changed by the same.

Procedure for purchasing online request
We invite you to submit your purchase request only if you are really interested in purchasing!

You can buy the products in the electronic catalogue of hands Soc Coop, as described in the relevant factsheets.
It is understood that images with descriptive card of a product may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but differ for color casts, due to the technical differences of the monitor from which the object is observed.

If you wish to make a request for one or more products you can select them one at a time by clicking on the button "Purchase Request".
This will bring the product (s) in your shopping cart purchase request.
Once you have finished selecting products, you can, by accessing the personal area, see the summary page of selected products, select transportation options and the method of payment.
At this point you can proceed with the button "send the request" and finish your order.
Your order is treated as a purchase proposal and the final price is a comparative price because, for the part relating to the shipment, will be perfected.

Before proceeding with the payment you will be contacted by our customer service department to confirm the availability of the products ordered and perfect for shipping costs.

Accepted payment methods
For products sold under the purchase request accepted payment methods are:
- Credit card;
- PayPal;
- Bank.

Shipments abroad Customs expenses
If products purchased will be shipped abroad may be subject to import duties and taxes, payable once the shipment reaches its destination. Any additional costs will be borne by the buyer.

Request for purchase using our delivery
1. upon receipt of your request we will perform checks to verify the availability of the products.
2. you will be contacted, via email or by phone, to refine the shipping costs.
3. we will send you a confirmation e-mail with the total (shipping products and services) purchased
4. upon receipt of this mail you will have 3 days (will the date of our mail) to:
-make the transfer with the references contained in the mail
-or enter your personal area for payment by credit card or paypal
-tell us the details of your payment.
5. upon receipt of the documents evidencing the payment we will begin to make our delivery at the indicated address.
6. you will receive a final email (from our logistics Department) to announce the delivery of the products purchased by you with courier
7. from the date of this mail starting on or after the 15 days to exercise your "right of withdrawal".

1. upon receipt of your request we will perform checks to verify the availability of the products.
2. you will be contacted, via email or by phone, to refine the shipping costs.
3. we will send you a confirmation e-mail with the total (shipping products and services) purchased
4. upon receipt of this mail you will have 3 days (will the date of our mail) to:
-make the transfer with the references contained in the mail
-or enter your personal area for payment by credit card or paypal
-tell us the details of your payment.
5. upon receipt of the documents evidencing the payment we will begin to make our delivery at the indicated address.
6. you'll have 15 days (will always make the date of our acceptance email of your purchase request) to carry out the withdrawal, at our warehouse delivery, at no additional cost.

Prices and availability
The availability of the products is given by the presence of the same on our website, however, being our products unique pieces, it could happen that the product is unavailable for different reasons. If this situation arises, the buyer will be notified promptly.

All prices are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise posted.

Final conditions
The purchase request does not in any way binding on the cooperative to acceptance.
The acceptance or rejection will be announced within a few days always via e-mail.
Normally the impossibility to proceed with the acceptance of purchase requests are due to a possible sale in our markets, of the interested in buying but not yet communicated to the on-line service.

Applicable law
The sales contract between the customer and hands Soc Coop. is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law. For the solution of civil and criminal litigation arising from the conclusion of this contract of sale is concluded at a distance, if the customer is a consumer, the territorial jurisdiction is the Court of his place of residence; in all other cases, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Milan Bar (I).
